Kang is mostly a normal really smart dude without his technology. He only lost at the end because the ants broke his tech and hope came back for Scott. Remember all of this is also happening with a Kang that’s having to rebuild.

May 12, 2019 · How Kang should fit into the MCU. If Kang the Conqueror is adapted for the MCU, he shouldn't be a descendant of Richards or Doom. Or, at least, his being a descendant of another character should be far more important. Richards and Doom don't exist in the MCU yet. Whether or not they'd fit with Kang can't yet be determined.

I belive Kang, Galactus and Norman Osborn/Dark Avengers will be the future big bads with Doctor Doom as the overreaching and final villain of the entire MCU. With the multiverse stuff becoming important in the MCU I'm confident we are getting a Secret Wars project with God Emperor Doom, and that might be the end of the entire MCU.

Nov 11, 2023 · I don't think the intent for that version of Kang was to be killed, Mobius says he was "dealt with". If they recast Majors, they may say the Ant-Man Kang variant is just dead. While they would have to "retcon" the post credit sequence of Quantumania - at this point that's the only thing that would potentially need to be retconned...
