So he gets his power through two things: one Beterbiev likes to turn his hips by taking a step forward or pivot step around.

Frankly I see Beterbiev vs. Bivol playing out like Beterbiev vs. Gvozdyk did. Bivol will outbox for a while but get broken down by the sheer power, as some shots will get through (Artur is a better boxer than he's credited as).

Oct 14, 2024 · I think not only the physical pressure of Beterbiev but the mental pressure will play a role in that. I think it's a much more difficult game plan for Bivol to win than Beterbiev. Bivol needs to box and move all night without getting tired while at the same time doing enough to keep Beterbiev off of him and win rounds. Extremely difficult task.

I'd favor RJJ strongly over Beterbiev, but other than him or a prime Archie Moore whose power, defense, and ring savvy would make him a favorite I'm not sure I could make any other 175 lb fighter a strong favorite over prime Beterbiev.
