This beachfront park is one of two Steilacoom parks with access to the shoreline. The views of the Sound are spectacular, especially on a sunny day. You can also catch a glimpse of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge in the distance.

Sunnyside Beach Park is open 1/2 hour before sunrise and 1/2 hour after sunset (change subject to Town of Steilacoom). -Please rinse your hands of any sand before handling the locks or they may jam for the next person.

Oct 17, 2016 · This is a nice, little Sound beach in Steilacoom but it gets crazy busy when the weather is warm. Lots of people cooking out, playing volleyball, diving, etc. And hey, that's what a park is for right?
