Community Resources is available to assist residents with My Erickson My Erickson is a resident portal. It is provided by Erickson Corporate and is managed by Charlestown staff, mainly Community Resources.

Check MyNutrition for nutritional information including recipe ingredients, calorie, cholesterol, and sugar counts for weekly dining room menus. ChooseMyPlate.gov provides practical information to help people build healthier diets with resources and tools for dietary assessment, nutrition education, and other user-friendly nutrition information.

CARE PATH Program – Opportunity to have a health provider at the Medical Center even if you have decided to use a primary physician from outside of the Charlestown community.
