The Bay Area weather forecast has more rain and wind as another atmospheric river arrives and flood evacuations are issued along the Russian River.

An atmospheric river brought additional rain, strong winds, and flooding to the Bay Area Tuesday, with an increasing chance of thunderstorms later in the afternoon.

Severe thunderstorm warnings, issued by the National Weather Service, accompanied the latest atmospheric river in parts of the Bay Area on Tuesday.
