According to the details, the Board of Control for Cricket in India will announce the squad of Team India for both England's tour to India and the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

Virat Kohli’s 50-over record is by far the best amongst all formats that he’s played for India in. He is expected to retain his No. 3 spot in the batting lineup for CT 2025. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) may not be able to announce the provisional ODI squad for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 tournament as they have reportedly requested an extension of the January 12 deadline from the International Cricket Council (ICC).
