After a thief stole an SUV with a four-year-old boy inside, Philadelphia police tracked the location of one of the boy's toys and found him.

When a running SUV was stolen with a sleeping 4-year-old boy inside, Philadelphia police used an electronic tracker inside a toy to locate the vehicle.

"One of his toys was actually trackable, so we had a family member on the phone who was able to track the vehicle," said Chief Inspector Scott Small with the Philadelphia Police Department.

EASTFORD, CT (WFSB) - A woman from Eastford was charged with electronic stalking and other offenses after state police said she attached GPS tracking devices to a vehicle and a plush toy.
