Residents in Eastlake say they are no strangers to ice jams, but it’s the massive chunks of ice now piling up that have first responders on high alert.
A Jeep that had been resting on the bottom of Spirit Lake in the St. Louis River was pulled out of the water on February 3rd, according to the St. Louis County Rescue Squad.
