The lawsuit argues that the wife intentionally caused her husband’s death and that her estate should not be the beneficiary to any property or policies tied to the husband.

The family of a former University of Connecticut professor has filed a lawsuit against the estate of his late wife who was found dead on the day she was supposed to be sentenced for her  husband’s death.

The wife was found dead in her home last summer, hours before she was meant to be criminally sentenced in her husband's death.
