Denis Law, the Manchester United great and Scotland international, has died. He was 84. The death of Law, who also played for Manchester City, was announced in a statement from his family that was released by United.

Tributes have poured in for Denis Law after the legendary Manchester United striker died at the age of 84. In his 11 years at Old Trafford, Law scored 237 goals in 404 appearances, leaving him third on the list of the club’s all-time top scorers behind only Wayne Rooney and Bobby Charlton.
