KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — British Foreign Secretary David Lammy arrived in Kyiv on Wednesday, bringing a new support package for Ukraine a day after President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said more than 45,000 of his country’s troops had died in the almost three-year war with Russia.

UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy arrived in Ukraine on February 5. He will announce new aid for Ukraine, according to the Ukrainian Ambassador to the United Kingdom Valerii Zaluzhnyi, and the UK government.
