Emergency operations following a devastating fire Sunday at the Parker Lord Corp. plant were concluded Monday, according to a statement from Saegertown Borough Manager Chuck Lawrence Jr.
"The initial crew was blown right out of the building," Saegertown Borough Emergency Manager Chuck Lawrence said, adding they were part of the onsite response team.
