Three days of winter fun have kicked off in Fort St. John for the city’s 20th annual High on Ice Winter Festival.

Spelman College professor Joycelyn Wilson and her fiancé, Westminster Schools coach Gary Jones, vanished on Lake Oconee on Feb. 8.

This is the first time in 2 years that festival organizers could light the Christmas tree bonfire on City Bay.
