Chinese businessman Wang Xiaofei, the ex-husband of Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu, is struggling with severe mental distress following her death at age 49, according to a friend.

Eyewitnesses at Hsu's cremation described Koo as inconsolable. He was reportedly seen in tears as he carried his wife's urn home.

South Korean singer Koo Jun-yup has paid tribute to his late wife Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu who died last week, saying his "angel went back to heaven". In a post on Instagram, Koo added that he was going through "indescribable grief" and a time of "gut-wrenching pain".
