LaMelo Ball and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander remain the leaders at guard in the East & West, with Antetokounmpo and Jokić as the top overall voting leaders.

Since 2017, the NBA All-Star fan vote accounts for 50 percent of the vote to determine starters and the other 50 percent is split evenly between current players and a media panel. New this year is a revamped All-Star Game format featuring a four-team mini-tournament, but 10 starters will be identified as they have in the past.

The New York Knicks are making another comeback. The latest returns on fan voting for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game were released on Thursday and both Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns made up a little ground: while each is still respectively stationed in fourth and third in the backcourt and frontcourt categories.
