Eastern Conference-leading Cleveland has agreed to acquire forward De’Andre Hunter from the Atlanta Hawks for two players and a package of draft compensation. Hunter is headed to the Cavaliers in exchange for guard Caris LeVert, forward Georges Niang, three second-round picks and two pick swaps.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — After two straight seasons of standing firm with their roster at the trade deadline, the Cavs made a move on Thursday to acquire Atlanta’s De’Andre Hunter. The Cavs are sending Caris LeVert, Georges Niang, three second-round picks (2027, 2029 and 2031) and two swaps in their end of the deal, sources told cleveland.com.
