Canada's Cam Alexander ruled out for alpine ski world championships
The Canadian men's alpine ski team will be down a member for the remainder of the world championships in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Austria. Alpine Canada announced on Friday that Cam Alexander has been ruled out after suffering a knee injury during his second downhill training run on Thursday.

Every race of the 2025 World Alpine Skiing Championships airs live on Peacock from Saalbach, Austria. The World Championships from Feb. 4-16 feature men’s and women’s downhill, super-G, giant slalom, slalom and team combined races, plus a mixed-gender team parallel event to start the competition.
