A historic building in downtown Troy has been sold this week to a local developer. While plans are undecided, the new owner is scouting ways to preserve and return the building to total occupancy.

The Troy Historic Preservation Alliance has transferred the old Miami County courthouse to their new owner, Glass City Developers LLC, according to a post from the preservation alliance.
