Judge denies NASCAR's request to dismiss 23XI, FRM lawsuit

NASCAR teams 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports recently received a positive update on their ongoing legal dispute with NASCAR.
Jan. 3, 23XI/FRM also filed an opposition to a sealed motion from NASCAR Dec. 19, the day after the injunction was granted.
That has been denied. They also had a motion that would have made 23XI Racing and Front Row post a bond with their 2025 charter money placed in an escrow account. That has been denied as well.
Federal judge Kenneth D Bell recently delivered his verdict in favor of 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports and denied NASCAR's motion to dismiss the anti-trust lawsuit.
