Arsenal closed the gap on Premier League leader Liverpool to four points after a 2-1 victory over Tottenham on Wednesday. Mikel Arteta’s team took advantage of Liverpool’s draw with Nottingham Forest on Tuesday, with Leandro Trossard firing the winner in the north London derby at the Emirates Stadium.

Goals from Leandro Trossard and Gabriel have turned the north London derby around after Son Heung-min's opener. The Tottenham captain opened the scoring with a deflected effort but it was a set piece that did the business again for Arsenal with the Brazilian heading in from Declan Rice's corner before Trossard finished superby to make it 2-1.
