Salt & Straw to open new Seattle scoop shop on Queen Anne
Founded by cousins Kim and Tyler Malek, Salt & Straw has been serving award-winning ice cream for over 13 years. The Queen Anne shop will be the fourth Salt & Straw location in the Seattle area, joining the company’s existing locations in Ballard, Capitol Hill and Totem Lake.
Salt & Straw continues suburban expansion with Bridgeport Village scoop shop
On Monday, Salt & Straw announced its plans to open a location in Tigard’s Bridgeport Village. The scoop shop will be the company’s eighth location throughout Oregon and third in the Portland suburbs, joining existing shops in Beaverton and Lake Oswego.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Salt & Straw Ice Cream plans to open a new shop in Bridgeport Village in Tualatin. The new location, at 7367 S.W. Bridgeport Road, appears to be near the Regal movie theater in the shopping center. The exact date for when the shop plans to open has net yet been announced.
