SXSW has rounded out its 2025 film lineup including its closing film 'On Swift Horses' starring Jacob Elordi, Daisy Edgar-Jones and Will Poulter.

SXSW announced the rest of its 2025 film and television lineup on Wednesday, including the world premiere of Jillian Bell’s directorial debut Summer Of ’69. It was also announced that the festival will feature the U.

In the wake of news that On Swift Horses is closing SXSW, Sony Pictures Classics has set an April 25 theatrical release for the Jacob Elordi and Daisy Edgar-Jones drama.

Sony Pictures Classics will release "On Swift Horses," the period war drama and romance from director Daniel Minahan, acquiring the film ahead of it closing out the SXSW Film & TV Festival next month.
