Despite a rare winter storm bringing snow to the area, road closures and even H-E-B shortening its hours, some Houston restaurants and bars plan to open Tuesday. It’s still business as usual for many eating-and-drinking establishments across the city cooking up everything from steaming bowls of soup to comforting barbecue.

H-E-B is adjusting store hours across parts of Texas as winter weather moves through much of the state, including the Houston area. Winter Storm Enzo is expected to arrive in southeast Houston sometime Monday evening,
