A 13-year-old boy was walking to class in Everett when the Everett Police Department said an unknown man approached and stabbed him Thursday.

EVERETT, Wash. — A young teen boy was stabbed outside of North Middle School in Everett this morning. According to the Everett Fire Department and the Everett Police Department, the boy is in his early teens and was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center in stable condition.

The search for the person responsible for stabbing a 13-year-old boy in Everett as he was walking to school continued on Friday.
