A water main break on Warren Road and Grapeland Avenue may seem like a relatively small concern, but when temperatures are in the single digits with a wind chill below zero, it’s a huge problem.

A small water main break is causing an icy situation in Brook Park as police say even after the local street is salted it turns right to ice.

LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- In addition to traversing snow and icy conditions, motorists in Lakewood are also facing orange barrels. That’s because it’s just another average winter that finds the city dealing with water main breaks and potholes.
