For the 9am - 3pm New River trip, what time should we show up at the office?

9 AM trips meet between 8:45 and 9, no need to arrive extra early, so enjoy your coffee :)

For some reason when we came back I just found my statement is charged for 3 people , I did not pay attention to the details on my email . When we on our trip , I could only read my email through my cell phone , and the payment was paid at the last minute of the day ( 5:58 pm) , we were so excited about our next day adventure. Any way , I hope I could get my refund , since I never mentioned 3 people of us , it was me and my husband . I hope Rob could understand this and help us get the refund . Sincerely Lisa and John
