November 10th was beautiful, cold front just came through yesterday, snow on the Vermilion Cliffs. People out today layered up for the ride up in our covered boat, and then stripped off clothes as needed. Many went for the hike and returned by 5 pm 30 minutes before sun down. November does have more shade in the canyon. There was frost on the windshield at 8am. We suggest 2 layers below, with several above, puffers work great.

The morning of we start to incur our costs pretty early, loading the boats, driving to the river, in this case cancellation is not possible except in the case of bad weather. For weather we prefer you not be on the water. 3-5 days prior to the trip one can get a good idea of the weather at the NOAA website, and windy app for Marble Canyon, AZ.
