In Skaneateles, parking is metered both on the street and in the Municipal Parking lot. I believe that the meters on the street are 25 cents for 15 minutes with a maximum of 2 hours. Meters stop running after 6:00 p.m. In the Municipal Lot the rate is similar, but for $6.00 you can pay to park for the entire day. There are free parking areas a bit farther away. On Fennel Street, behind the Post office, there is a free lot. Parking is also free at Austin Park, a couple of blocks from the village center.

On the Erie Canal: The Lockmaster Canal Boats are not accessible. On Skaneateles Lake: The Judge Ben Wiles is somewhat accessible. A wheelchair must be able to fit through a 30" door, and the restrooms are challenging because they are quite small. The Barbara S. Wiles, a.k.a. the Mailboat is not accessible. If you decide to book on the Judge Ben Wiles, please let us know your situation. There are some tables that give you a little more room to maneuver, and we will make sure to seat you there.
