Suitable for wheelchair? I am confused as some says it's flat but some says the are areas which are steep and challenging for wheelchair. Hope to get a better picture from you guys. Thanks.

It is flat cinder path, not paved, but there are also some steps to the most popular viewing area. You don't have to descend to see the lake view, but it is better. I'm trying to remember …

Heaps of free parking plus a cafe and souvenir shop. Full walk around the lake takes about 90 minutes. Easy walking for all ages.
