Hill Township is a civil township of Ogemaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,251 at the 2020 census. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.11 square miles, of which 32.54 square miles is land and 3.57 square miles is water.
